To WINIFRED STEGER KHAN of Phillip Street, Woolloomooloo,
TAKE NOTICE that a plaint has been entered and a summons issued against you in this Court by Darlet Kahn of Wee Waa, Hawker, for the amount of £74/1/10 for goods sold and delivered and money lent. An order has been made that the publication of a notice of the entry of such plaint in the Sydney Morning Herald and North-West Courier newspapers shall be deemed to be service of the summons upon you.
The summons will be heard at Narrabri on the eighteenth day of October next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, on which day you are required to appear. If you do not appear either in person or by solicitor at the time and place above mentioned, such order will be made and proceedings taken as the judge may think just and expedient.
